The easiest way to do the exchange is to process the original purchase as a return and once the refund is processed you can initiate a new order for the product that you prefer.

We start processing an order immediately after it is placed because we don't like keeping you waited, so the sooner you contact us the better and if possible we will change the order before it is shipped. However, if we couldn't update the order on time you can always return it since you have 30 days for risk free return and get another product. We apologize for the inconvenience if you got a code from us that is not working. If you got this code from a someone else the probable reason it is not working is that discount codes generally have limited number of uses and/or an expiry date, not sure if that is the problem in your case. Please get in touch with us through email and we will make sure it is worked out.
Unfortunately, you cannot combine multiple discount codes. However, you can get the same effect by choosing a FYE-Bundle which is already discounted and then you can use a discount code to get "discount on discounted".

Yes. All FYEWEAR shades have Triacetate Cellulose (TAC) polarized lenses they provide more clarity, less glare and less fatigue on the eyes.
When sunlight reflects against a surface it is aligned and the intensity is increased there by causing a glare, this can be distracting and causes fatigue on your eyes. In case of a polarized lens majority of this intense horizontally reflected light is blocked by the additional polarizing layer.
